Ahh.. the ber months. The final hurrah for 2017. It's the season of changing colors and of merrymaking. This season like in the past years have been designated as the season of sequels ( Anime shown around Winter will likely have the 2d season shown around Autumn).

Mahou Tsukai no Yome (魔法使いの嫁)

Cast : Atsumi Tanezaki, Ryouta Takeuchi
Summary: Life has not been fair to Hatori Chise (CV:Atsumi Tanezaki) whose world was turned upside down with the death of her mother. Struggling to make ends meet, Chise was sold to slavery and bought by a non-human mage, Elias (CV:Ryouta Takeuchi). Under his tutelage she studies the crafts of a mage along with some house-bounded duties of a wife.
Why would I watch this: This is yet another case of Stockholm syndrome. (But instead of kidnapping), the girl is sold to slavery. The girl adapts the life with her "captor/master" and start to build her life anew. What might captivate the audience is the idea of how Chise's life will turn around with the help of Elias, her "savior/fiance". After all, who doesn't want a sappy love story with a happy ending.

Ousama game (王様ゲーム The Animation)

Summary: Nobuaki Kanazawa (CV:Mamoru Miyano) just transferred to a new school. Traumatized from what happened at his previous school, he decided to distance himself. Following the school cultural festival, he and his classmates receive an email from "Ousama" . The email contains the rules of the game and a punishment of a certain death if they don't follow the rules.
Why would I watch this: Well, this is nothing more than a child's game gone bad. When you used to just play "Simon Says" without really thinking about the complications as this is more of a child's game. Well, this series is different. This is a game play where you would put your life at stake.
